Biometrics4ALL is committed to protecting the privacy of all customer data. In order to conduct business by leveraging modern technology to provide user convenience, at times, we must collect Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and Financial Information (such as credit card or bank account number). Biometrics4ALL strives to balance the benefits of the Internet, user convenience, individuals’ privacy, and data protection.

1. The Collection of Personal and Financial Information

Some circumstances may necessitate the collection of PII including, but not limited to, name, e-mail address, company name, demographics, or telephone number. Resume information or employment application information will be required in response to job openings.

Submitting PII may be required to gain full functionalities of this Site.  If you are using this Web Site to initiate a LiveScan Fingerprinting request, the information collected on the Site (contact information, personal information, and financial information) is used exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling the LiveScan fingerprinting service. 

Non-personal (aggregated demographic) information may be collected to make improvements on our website. Cookies may be used to optimize the user experience.  You can opt out of receiving cookies by disabling them through your web browser; however, some pages may not fully function without cookies enabled.

2. How We Use Your Personal Information

We inform you at the PII and Financial Information collection points what the purpose is for the collection. We will only use your PII in the way we specify it will be used when it is collected, unless you consent to a different use. Aggregated PII information (becomes non-identifiable) may be used to make improvements on our website.

3. Collecting Domain Information

Biometrics4ALL may automatically collect domain information as part of our analysis of site usage. This information is used to determine which customers visit the Web Site, how often, and which parts are most viewed in order to improve our web-based offerings.

4. Disclosure to Third Parties

Biometrics4ALL may share your information (excluding any PII and financial information) with our Business Partners to assist your interests. Biometrics4ALL does not sell or rent personal information to third parties, and will not disclose personal information to a third party without your consent, except within the scope of performing a LiveScan service for our clients or otherwise disclosed in this Privacy Policy.

Biometrics4ALL may disclose personal information and additional information available to Biometrics4ALL for the following:

Providing efficient and effective support for LiveScan transactions

Investigate, prevent, or take action regarding actual/suspected illegal activities or fraud, potential threats to physical safety of any person, or violations of Biometrics4ALL’s terms of use

Respond/defend against subpoenas, court orders, and/or other legal processes

Establish/exercise Biometrics4ALL’s legal rights

Any other use compliant with applicable law

5. Biometrics4ALL may acquire other businesses, and other businesses may acquire Biometrics4ALL.

In either case of the above events, information collected may be an asset examined or transferred as part of the transaction. Biometrics4ALL will not permit another business to examine the information collected without a confidentiality agreement, and only to the extent the law permits. Biometrics4ALL will not transfer information it has collected unless recipient agrees to provide privacy protection equal to or exceeding those established within this policy.

6. Personal Information Disclosure: U.S. or Overseas

Biometrics4ALL will not transfer PII outside of the U.S.

7. Security

Biometrics4ALL is dedicated to protecting PII and Financial Information we receive about Applicants or business entities. We cannot guarantee the security of the information, but we utilize a combination of online and offline security technologies, encrypted data transmission and storage, Advanced Authentication, world class network infrastructure, organizational restrictions, and corporate security policies, procedures, training, and testing to help safeguard Applicant information against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.

Biometrics4ALL’s website may contain links to other sites. Biometrics4ALL assumes no responsibility for the content of their privacy policies and practices of such websites. Refer to that site’s privacy statement to answer questions about how other sites use your information.

9. Your Ability to Review or Modify Personal Information, or Unsubscribe

Biometrics4ALL strives to protect the quality and integrity of personal information. If you have a registered account, you can review and modify your account information by securely logging into your account. If you have provided PII or Financial Information without a registered account, your data will not be shared or modified.  If you wish to unsubscribe from our e-mail communications, you may e-mail us at support@ApplicantServices.com.

10. Children Under Age 13

Biometrics4ALL does not offer services to children under 13 years of age, and does not knowingly collect information about children under 13 years of age. This web site is not intended for their use.

11. Changes to this Privacy Policy

Biometrics4ALL reserves the right to modify this policy from time to time. If material changes are made, the updated policy will be published at this location. Biometrics4ALL will not reduce our privacy protection, without your consent, to information collected under previous privacy policies.  It is your responsibility to review this Privacy Policy periodically so you are aware of Biometrics4ALL’s protection of your information.

12. Right to Report PII Breach

Biometrics4ALL protects PII and transaction data using modern encryption algorithms and data protection protocols. PII is only stored for the period of time necessary to complete its intended purposes. Only authorized personnel will access to your data upon positive user authentication. If you feel your PII may have been compromised, please contact the FBI Customer Service Group by calling (304) 625-5590 and request to speak with a PII point of contact.
