Citi has partnered with ApplicantServices.com to streamline the fingerprinting process. This online portal allows you to complete your fingerprint-based background check requirement. You can fill out your form digitally, make an appointment with one of our hundreds of locations around the country.

By clicking on one of the buttons above, the system will ask you to create an account. You can either continue as a guest or create a full account. The benefit of creating an account is after you have completed the Fingerprinting, you will be able to track your transaction progress in the Transaction History section.
Fees: Citi will cover all costs associated with your fingerprinting process.
If you are not submitting to FINRA, your fingerrprinting process should take less than a minute or two at the fingerprinting location. If you are processing for submission to FINRA, your fingerprinting process is expected to take between 10 to 15 minutes. Your fingerprints will be submitted immediately generally takes a few hours for the results to be available to Citi. Virtually all fingerprint results are returned to Citi within 48 hours.
Approximately 2% of the Applicants will be rejected due to poor fingerprint image quality. If you received a rejection notification, please follow the steps below:
